Summer is a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (know as a PMHNP throughout the lifespan).  Summer has been working in the field of psychiatric mental health services since 2000.  Summer graduated with her first Graduate Degree, MSW, from The Ohio State University in 2005 specializing in clinical psychotherapy and later received her second Graduate Degree, MSN, from The Ohio State University, 2014 specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Medication Management Services. Summer's passion for psychology, aesthetics, sports performance, and female health was observed early. 

During their 4 year undergraduate program at Otterbein, Summer obtained 6 collegiate varsity letters for athletics, while holding numerous office chairs in their greek affiliation, and being casted for on-air broadcasting talent positions. 

Summer has been working as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health focused Provider since 2006.
