Cancelation and Reschedule Policy

A portion of all services are paid at time of booking. This portion is non-refundable and it can be credited towards any future service when the below timelines have been met if you need to switch your appointment.

A week prior to your appointment the remaining balance of the charge will be processed as part of confirmation of the appointment. If this charge is declined, a request for alternative payment will be sent. Payment is to be confirmed within 72-hours of the appointment day to guarantee the requested appointment time.

Once payment has been processed, Psyched is unable to do a return. The good news is, as long as you cancel or reschedule within 72-hours of the appointment day (1200 EST), this payment can be held up to 90-days from the payment processing date for you to credit towards the Psyched service(s) of your choice.

To help you understand why our policy is this way, Psyched wants to take a moment to explain.  

Last minute cancellations/rescheduled appointments and "No-show" appointments have a negative impact on a business, including lost wages for our staff. In addition, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment and patients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services they need. For this reason and out of common courtesy to our staff, Psyched has the above Cancellation Policy.

Excessive cancellations/rescheduled appointments may require payment in full before appointments will be confirmed. Special discounts and pricing are not valid if this policy has been breached. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. For those with unpredictable schedules, we do offer concierge appointments which can be requested by email listed on our website or messaging via our charting system. Your time is just as valuable to us as our own. As a courtesy, reminders will be sent to the email and phone number you provided when scheduling, however, if you do not receive a reminder, the above policy remains in place. We understand that emergencies can happen. Kindly notify us by email or messaging should an unforeseen event prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment.
